We have made many new friends, are enjoying excellent meals; feels more secure both health-wise and with support. We are participating in activities that are familiar, and with ones we have never tried before. The staff take good care of us and help us any way they can - at the same time recognizing our individuality and privacy. At this time in our lives, moving to The Henley was an excellent choice—we have no regrets.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and each subsequent visit has been a pleasure. What was initially just a first foray into researching possible retirement residences became – in a small space of time, like turning a corner! – a commitment to Pearl & Pine with a confirmed move-in date. Our family couldn’t be more pleased with our father's choice. We’ll be spending lots of time there, too. It already feels like home.

I love my suite because it’s bright and I have a separate bedroom. I also have a washer and dryer so I can do my own laundry when I want. This is my home. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my transition. The maintenance manager helped me hang up my pictures and some items to make my place comfortable. I have really enjoyed the food, there is a lot of activity.

I've grown so much since I started working here. I've developed not only my nursing skills but leadership, time management, and working as a team. I was a new nurse straight out of nursing school when I started here, so I was looking for a place that would support me in my new role. I definitely found that here. There is a great group of people here.

The onboarding process was for me was very seamless. Everything was just so clean, so organized. It’s very positive, just uplifting every day, and I'm so happy to be a part of this team.

Everybody is very nice and friendly, I feel like I've known them already 10 years. If someone wants to work and help people, this is an amazing job.
