Steve Strong brings more than 27 years of diverse experience in the seniors housing industry to his leadership at Signature Retirement Living. His expertise spans a wide range of care models, including Long-Term Care, Independent Supportive Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Seniors’ Apartments.
Before joining Signature Retirement Living in 2011, Steve held progressively senior roles within both private and public seniors housing organizations, honing his skills in operational excellence and strategic planning.
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Steve is a driving force behind Signature’s mission to create warm, welcoming communities where residents, families, and team members feel valued. His leadership emphasizes respect, compassion, and innovation, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. Under his guidance, Signature Retirement Living has built a reputation for excellence, focusing on enriching the lives of residents while supporting the professional growth of its team members.
